Sapphire Design’s orders are always processed with care!
We want to ensure your beautiful new items arrive safely and beautifully packaged. Smaller items will often be in their own organza gift pouches, while larger items are always wrapped in bubble wrap and/or tissue paper.
Our boxes are sturdy for extra protection during transit.

Processing of Sapphire Design’s Orders are normally 14 Calendar days depending on handmade items and the size of your order. When in peak periods we may operate in order of priority so it is possible for this time frame to extend without notice. During the processing time we will send a mock up of the design (where applicable*) and will await customer approval, if the customer takes several business days to approve mock ups the processing time may extend, however we always ensure your order is posted within enough time to arrive before your event as long as the customer is responsive to our messages. If you are travelling for your event it is important to make us aware of this as we may be working in order of due date (event date) and our processing time may be extended to allow more production time.

We generally ship all our parcels with Australia Post.

We ship all across Australia and transit times vary depending on your location, we send via regular post unless you contact us to upgrade shipping to express post. Standard delivery can take anywhere from 2-3 business days up to 8 business days for regional/rural areas.

Where possible we aim to ship out your order 1 -2 weeks before your event, however during peak times we may ship out the week of your event, when we require more time to work on your order we upgrade shipping to express post to ensure your orders arrival if we are posting out the week of the event.

*Orders that receive mock ups are Baptism candles, Invitations and custom work, we may also provide them for certain items where we see fit. All other items do not receive mock ups prior to production.
